I was referred buy a new dental plan I purchased for my family. I have a broken wisdom tooth that needed to be pulled and I needed to be put to sleep due to major anxiety issues and general fear of dentists. The receptionist was very rude. I waited 45 minute and when I was finally called the nurse rushed me through so fast through an xray and into another chair my anxiety went through the roof. I had a great experience last year with Dr. Rothstein when he removed my wisdom teeth. I wasn't in any pain for a few hours after the surgery and the medications he gave me helped me go to work just two days later. I completely recovered with no side effects or complications. I reccommended him to my sister, who also had a successful surgery on her wisdom teeth this summer.
I just came from Dr Rothstein and I am in tears!!! He gave no explanation for what he was about to do---I understand that he does this all day, every day, but I DON'T!!! When I was in pain he told me that I wasn't! He apoligized only after I asked for one. Needless to say, I will NEVER GO BACK and will share my BAD EXPERIENCE with all who'll listen!
