I want to send out a brow swiping thank you and a "job well done" to the crew at Rothrock Outfitters in Huntingdon, PA, and specifically Jake, for the speedy service received on my DK200 ride. Due to some hydraulic brake issues, that were fortunately under warranty, I was scrambling to get it repaired in time, and they came through for me, even going above and beyond in finding the scarce parts and getting them shipped next day for installment this morning. Now I can relax thanks to them...at least until next Saturday.
These guys helped me choose my first actual mountain bike and are very supportive in all aspects of customer service! These dudes are awesome!
