Great Service department! Best I've been to in years by far. Wonderful Staff, Fast, Friendly, Courteous and they didn't try and get more work out of me. They were kind enough to let me know some things that I'd have to take care of down the road, but also let me know they'd be here when I was ready! Highly Recommend Nucar Nissan of Allentown!
Dropped my car off at Nucar at 8:30 a.m. for a state inspection. At 2:00 p.m., I got a call saying I needed three new tires and that my bill would be $1,600. I decided to take my car to Mavis instead. Mavis replaced four new tires and completed my state inspection for $860—almost half the price. The staff at Nucar were not very friendly and honestly seemed miserable at their jobs. I still had to pay $162 at Nucar for a failed inspection and an oil change.
