I want to start by saying the process of the sale was fantastic. I live in NJ and they sent a car to pick me up to bring me to the dealership. The actual sales process was very nice. The sales man that helped me was also fantastic. The reason for the 1 start review is due to the abismal communication with the registration team. I picked up a car on 5/15, it is now 7/15 my temp tags are expired. This was the best experience I have ever had with Nissan. I’ve owned Nissans for 15 years and been to many service shops that frankly made me feel confused and stupid. Steven and Evelyn treated me with such dignity and respect, and helped me solve some serious problems with my car rather quickly. I highly recommend this Nissan Service Center. Thank you for taking good care of me!
Everyone always gives new car/ formally rothrock a bad wrap..... If you know what your doing and can negotiate a good car price this place is fantastic. Worked numbers over the phone came in and was gone within 1 hour. Got a great deal
(Update )6/28/26 Business replied to my review and left phone number, but did not answer or return my call after leaving a voicemail. It doesn’t seem like any real attempt is being made to Justify the situation. They just comment to appease the readers I suppose. I bought a 2022 Hyundai Sonata with 28k miles on 6/6/25.
