Honestly a very smooth experience, no friction. I even got some weather matts thrown in and honestly i was expecting to he pressured into another vehicle I don’t want like other dealers. I asked for the car I wanted and they made it work and put the keys in my hand the same day. Best dealership experience yet.
By far, the best dealership and people to work with when buying a car. Our salesman, Dion, is exceptional. He is willing to make his customers happy and feel comfortable, and make the best deal possible. We highly recommend them!
I am used to the former Bennett Toyota. So I am trying to commit to Nucar. My last visit was excellent, the customer service rep was in my corner. Actual service center seems strong so far.
Fantastic experience with the Nucar Service Department! Autumn was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful. She got me scheduled right away and made sure my tire issue was resolved quickly and smoothly. The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. I highly recommend Nucar—head and shoulders above Kelly Jeep in Emmaus!
