I have been to nissan in easton pa and its been a disaster. I never been been thru so much in my life!!! I have visited this place with constant issues with the repairs that they have done. Plus I had technicians arguing with me about checking on the work that they did telling me THE MASTER worked on my car like he cant make mistakes. Then they left a part off my wheel recently and I have yet to hear an apology from them only a "my bad". This review is based from the viewpoint of a "Faulkner DX Driver," Nucar Nissan in Allentown is a very reliable dealership for vehicle service and sales.
Crappy and shady service. Honestly, avoid this dealership if you can. They either knowingly sell cars with issues without divulging details to customers or they do not meticulously check their cars despite their claims of “rigorous” inspections. They also avoid accountability at any costs and it feels like it turned out more expensive for me to deal with them. I wish I never did business with them since all they’ve done since is be unhelpful and give me multiple headaches.
