The first mistake is that they don’t have the handheld iPads like other locations they expect you in pain to stand at a kiosk and enter long health information into a less than intuitive system. The first time I did it, they said it didn’t take, and I had to come up to the window and do it again when I returned a week later for the f/u appointment, I was answering the same questions. This review is for the walk in facility. I have had a 5 star experience at multiple Rothman ortho locations in the past. The walk in / urgent care for orthopedic issue is not that impressive to me. Very long wait and at the end of it I needed follow up. I could have just went to a regular urgent care center and been seen, get X-rays, and set a follow up with a doctor in less time. Maybe some folks have found this as a benefit, but for my experience I think it wasn’t any better than an all other urgent cares. I will say if yo... read more

I had went in and seen the doctor. The team was awesome and They were so patient with me, even pulling the fluid out of my knee was so gentle. I will continue to go there and will recommend everyone to come here.
