Went to urgent care after daughter experienced significant knee injury because of proximity and knew she needed an X-ray. After a long wait we were led down a very long hallway with no assistance. She hopped on one leg the entire way. No one offered help of any kind. I had to ask for a wheelchair after the X-ray was completed. I was also told that we could only get an mri (which she needs) if we see a Rothman doc. No thanks. No warm and fuzzy from attending PA that examined my very upset and scared daughter. Urgent Care??? Don't think so. It's Then 5 days now and I still have yet to make an appointment I tried to make an appointment online and then after you're done filling everything out it says someone will be in contact shortly then someone calls you at the end of their business day there a business day that's your phone ring one time then hangs up then if you call back 30 seconds later what do you know that our office is now closed.
