I had a torn rotator cuff and other associated issues. Dr Huffman did a fantastic job on putting me back together, I had the utmost confidence in his work and 6 months post op complete recovery, which can be tricky with shoulders.
I brought my wife for an appointment with the PA Colin Penn and we ended up being 7 minutes late. Their agreement says there’s a 15 minute grace period. They let us sit there for 30 minutes then told her they couldn’t take her. If being 7 minutes late is going to cancel the appointment then they could tell us that right away instead of letting us sit there for 30 minutes. I saw Dr. Ruder for a workers comp related injury where I completely severed my patellar tendon. Surgery went great and Dr. Ruder and his staff got me off light duty and back to work faster than I could’ve dreamed. Dr. Ruder was amazing in that he listened to my needs and found a way to get stuff done. Thank you so much to all at Rothman
Worse experience with Michelle Mullins, I had my xry and MRI already done, they asked for another xray, the doctor totally ignored my MRI that definitely had more detailed information and just discussed what she sees in the requested xray!!! No eye contact, no proper explanation for the diagnosiso, no proper treatment, waste of time, money and prolonged time in pain.
