This location is a joke. We were told to make an early appointment so the wait would be minimal. My husband’s appointment was at 7:50, he wasn’t placed into a room until 9:05 and the physician has yet to come in. He wasn’t checked in until 1 hour after his appointment and was told “we have a new system” which is a poor excuse when AdventHealth has protocols for downtime when systems fail or are not operating at expected level. I have been a patient at this practice in the past and I would strongly still recommend the physicians I saw, Dr. Mullins and Dr. Ruder, to anyone. However, something has massively changed in the year and a half since I was last seen. I was directed by a doctor at an urgent care to follow-up with an orthopedic doctor ASAP due to a possible fracture. I thought since I had already established with this group I would go back.
