Efficient, competent, caring. Took my wife here for excruciating neck pain one morning. The lady at the front desk was polite but quick, trying to get my wife back to see the doc ASAP. We thought my wife's issue was one area, so we got x-rays there, but the x-ray tech saw my wife's symptoms and recommended that we x-ray a second area as well. Very good experience with Rothman walk-in clinic in KOP. The wait was much less than I would have expected. Jonathan is very knowledgeable and caring. He has always helped me with my spine issues. I have never left without a prescription or a referral within Rothman. Highly recommend for any and all orthopedic emergency issue.
I love Dr Hirsch. I trust him and he knows my full medical history with my knees. We have a great patient doctor relationship and he understand my fears and anxiety. However the lady at the front desk is rude, condescending, and threating. She stated "from here and going forward, i could not see Dr Hirsh specifically". Who does this woman think she is telling me I cannot see MY doctor who gives me my injections! I choose my doctor, not her!!!
Prepare to become very familiar with the Rothman Ortho KOP waiting room because the iPad said 2 minutes when I signed in and I have been here for over two hours. I would literally do anything to be seen please for the love of God take me back. This is insanity. Nightmare. If I wasn’t in so much pain I would have already left.
