WORST FRONT STAFF in the world. Very rude and not helpful. Darlenis was extremely rude and demanding us to give her paperwork that she has 0 right to look at. We had to leave since they were not wanting to help us. I had a confirmed appointment. But the woman was so rude and unwilling to help. Do not even bother with this place.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE... and we didn't even get to see the orthopaedic specialist! My brother-in-law unfortunately was involved in a bad vehicular accident recently. Subsequently, we were advised to look for an orthopaedic specialist for his injuries. At the time of the initial scheduling call he was specifically told the practice TAKES his insurance. The treatment I received by the front desk lady Maria was overall disappointing. Maria was rude, mad for no reason, and not helpful at all, showing a total lack of interest and empathy.
They were very kind and courteous and very gentle with my daughter.I was very surprised and very helpful with telling us what needs to be done
