Marlene called to confirm my apt for Thursday 9/11. I get a text message telling me what my copay will be the apt and that my apt was all set. Showed up they tell me that my apt was cancelled and didn’t notify me. What a waste of time, gas and my day out of work. It’s beyond ridiculous.
I went to this hospital to seek treatment for an issue with my Achilles tendon. An X-ray was performed on my feet, but this was unnecessary, as my condition involves inflammation and a nodule on the Achilles tendon—issues that are not visible on an X-ray. Awsome group of people this was my 1sr visit to this office since my surgery just before Christmas very friendly I'm almost completely deaf and they took the time without getting annoyed to write down the information needed for my next visit 😀
