The treatment I received by the front desk lady Maria was overall disappointing. Maria was rude, mad for no reason, and not helpful at all, showing a total lack of interest and empathy.

I had a great experience with Dr. Ruder. He was professional, attentive, and truly caring throughout my visit. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. His bedside manner was excellent, and he made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. I’m very grateful for the treatment I received and would highly recommend him.

They treat you as if you’re just another dollar bill. I went in for pain in the dorsal area of my back, and I was told that simple stretching would fix it. I paid nearly $400 for a consultation, only to receive a very superficial evaluation. Six months later, I now have a severe muscle contracture and need to pay for specialized therapy that, if recommended earlier, could have prevented this level of pain and the need for ongoing treatments. My child was given an adult-sized brace, which was causing issues and not functioning as intended. When I called back to request a proper child-sized brace, I was simply told to go buy one on Amazon. I called back to let them know that there was none available via Amazon prime and the quickest that I could get one would be upwards of two weeks and asked for another suggestion, they did not have one. I called a pediatric orthopedist that we’ve seen before and they were able to point me in the right direction.
