After operation we had a visit canceled due to referral, not being asked for or sent by pcp.I try to get the request form, so I can take it myself to get things done but was denied. Nor your office or pcp will communicate leaving patient in limbo after a procedure, this being 3 minutes from each other.

I had the worst experience of my life at the Davenport office. I have been calling for over a month leaving messages on the voicemail of the manager of this office, I have not received a call back from the manager. How unprofessional of it to have a horrible experience with a physician then have the manager to not return any of your calls even when you expressed your experience, your issues and the importance of speaking with them on their for over a month and you’re ignored. My first visit was ok, but today's visit was horrible. Dr. Oshikoya was very rude and felt that I didn't have to be seen by him and he had 40 other patients he had to see. Don't ask a patient what hurts when they show you and you tell them that's not true and tell me ER doctors don't know what they are talking about.
