Front desk worst experience ever they don't care about the people at the lobby treat me very very rude
I had the worst experience of my life at the Davenport office. I have been calling for over a month leaving messages on the voicemail of the manager of this office, I have not received a call back from the manager. How unprofessional of it to have a horrible experience with a physician then have the manager to not return any of your calls even when you expressed your experience, your issues and the importance of speaking with them on their for over a month and you’re ignored. My first visit was ok, but today's visit was horrible. Dr. Oshikoya was very rude and felt that I didn't have to be seen by him and he had 40 other patients he had to see. Don't ask a patient what hurts when they show you and you tell them that's not true and tell me ER doctors don't know what they are talking about.
UPDATE: Someone named Adrien reached out from Adventhealth. He did nothing, never got back to me with any resolution and suddenly I got a BILL from Adventhealth🤬 Do yourself a favor, find another facility or go to Watson! Adventhealth is in the practice of taking your money NOT PROVIDING CARE FOR PATIENTS Obinna Adigweme is a liar and a complete jerk! On my first appointment, Dr. Adigweme reviewed the x-rays taken that day and completely ignored the recent MRI I had done 3 weeks before (RED FLAG). I explained that I was at ... read more
