They obviously have an issue with the kiosk check in where people incorrectly put their name in as the adult policy owner but a child’s information. Instead of allowing people to continue to make that mistake who get frustrated and have to re-enter the waiting queue, fix it or make it more clear. Take some ownership and put up a sign or fix the interface. Don’t give an attitude when your customer is frustrated.
Great place. Very professional and the staff was friendly, kept me informed and everybody from front desk people to the examination person were fabulous.
