Had been having left shin pain went to another urgent care they did xray but didn’t see anything. Doctor was concerned that I couldn’t put weight on that leg. It was swollen and hot to touch. She wanted me to go to Rothman urgent care. My husband meets me there. Woman at the desk said “ what do you want us to do” I’m sorry are you a nurse or doctor?? Excellent urgent. The doctor who saw me twice is very good, and she fixed both conditions that I came for. That said, they have a short wait time, and they always give you an x-ray. I don't feel the same about the non Urgent care portion of Rothman's, please read my review for that if you want more details.
Friendly employees knowledgeable and take the time to answer questions
My wife had an appointment at Labcorp for her yearly checkup for the company she works for. We were early so she could complete all paperwork for her blood work, and this man was standing underneath a tree watching me and her. He was in my blind spot, and it was like 90° F, but he would rather play racial profiling games. He actually came out twice. Excellent location. A little different with intake on one floor and physicians on another, but everyone is super professional and kind. I mean kind faces too. Smiles and gentle treatment. They really cares about my pain and inability to move. Them the physician cared for my condition, explained things to me thoroughly and hooked me up for follow with at home instructions. I would recommend this location to everyone and anyone. The care was excellent, the areas were clean and informative was thorough. Great experience
