I have been seeing Dr Selgrath for over two years. He is very pleasant and knowledgeable and always takes the time to answer my questions. My only concern is that sometimes I feel he doesn't really understand the discomfort I am feeling and how it impacts my life. He tends to follow standard treatment protocols and doesn't go outside the box when those aren't working
