Every Week Life’s Closet (vintage clothing shop) does a weekly scavenger hunt. This week the scavenger hunt was held at The Rothko! Don’t know much ch about the apartments or operations, but the location is an incredible and convenient. Great Area!!! Also, Bill Tonnesen Art is incredible and mouth dropping. Bill is not only an artist but he is also the owner of the apartment complexes where his interesting works resides. Great piece! Thanks Rothko and Bill!
Absolutely terrible place to live. You will never get anything fixed, and if you do it will be shoddy, dangerous work that was only achieved after endless maintenance requests. The grounds are poorly kept and the over watering of the lawns creates flooding and attracts bugs. Which then attracts birds, which means bird droppings everywhere that are never cleaned. I lived here for almost 3 years, and generally had very few issues living here. Good things about the complex: 1. Maintenance was generally very good, and responded quickly. 2. Decent for the price. 3. Hot water and water pressure was great. 4. My move-in and move-out process was really easy. My ongoing issues with the complex: 1. The laundry room was very filthy. Especially the last 5 months, the laundry room would flood with ~1" of soapy water. I put in maintenance requests twice, not sure that it ever got fixed. 2. Roache... read more
Just went here today to visit and the place is awful and so weird and dirty. I couldn't imagine living here.
