Told I'd been discharged because I'd not responded to a letter I'd apparently been sent the previous month after waiting for 7 months (I hadn't received a letter). Immediately got in touch to resolve by email. No reply. Rang myself 3 days later. Had a reply to basically say it is what it is and I'm being discharged. Midway through trying to explain..call broke up. I wasn't called back. Very disappointed and will be lodging a formal complaint.
