Dr Rothe was amazing. Trying to get an appointment here is VERY difficult. They do not want new patients. Today I was hung up on by them. Customer service is a dying breed.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Thomas Rothe for over 20 years, and we have had wonderful treatment and service from him, his Physician Assistants, his Nurse Practitioners, and all the staff in the office, including making appointments. If anything, the practice continues to improve by upgrading patient portal systems and access to staff. Dr. Rothe has even given us his personal cell phone number to use in emergencies. I have to question the competency of this office's record keeping and administration management and I have never even been a patient here. I am NOT April, I have not been and never will be a patient here. I was told by your office after giving my number that you would stop calling me. It appears what you need to communicate to that patient is important, so I encourage you to review your contact records and verify the phone numbers you are calling out to. Please... Stop spamming my phone.
