I waited for 4 weeks for this company to come look at my damaged, open,roof! I already got water damage inside. I had to put a tarp up to stop the leaks. I was promised someone would come multiple times! If this company is that busy,THEN SAY SO! I'm going to have to try and get someone else.

They came and replaced my roof about 10 years ago after a big storm and due to the design of my roof I know it was a challenging job on parts of the roof. I had one issue with a leak after the new roof was put on they immediately came out and fixed they issue and I’ve had zero issues since. Highly recommend
Roth has a good reputation in the Lakes Area, unfortunately we did not experience the level of service you would expect from a company with such a reputation. We were quoted by a sales person of Roth, not the owner himself and that may be where the breakdown occurred. The quoting process went rather well. We were quoting in end of June and expressed our concerns about getting the work completed before Fall as we knew that shingles need adequate time to cure to the tar paper via sunlight.
