Wow. Extremely uptight woman answered the phone, changed her attitude when asked if they are accepting new patients then said it depended on who my carrier is. I said I prefer to do cash pay and she started stammering about how the doctor does not like to treat patients without insurance to which I replied I do have insurance but prefer to cash pay. My brother referred me to Dr. Roth about 4 or 5 years ago my brother has been with him longer and I couldn't ask for a better doctor he listens to you he tries to get to the root of the problem and if he can't he is sending you to someone who can so now I have gone on to refer a lot of my Co workers and they have nothing but good things to say about him and if your a smoker he is gonna ask every time he see you "have you quit smoking yet" this man cares you keep doing what your doing your a God sent ❤️🙏
Dr Roth is one of the most caring, knowledgeable Dr's in Spokane in my opinion. My family has been seeing Dr Roth for 20+ years. He makes us feel comfortable and listens to our concerns and takes every effort to ensure we are taken care of when an urgent concern arises. We also see him for our annual checkups and other related heath issues. He works well with the insurance companies when they become difficult. Absolutely horrible!!!!! Do NOT go here. First they say they take your insurance but later bill you. I saw this "doctor " (if you can call him that) once for 10 minutes and he said my medical condition isnt real, he said it is a "mental thingy " (what doctor says that???) My condition is fibromyalgia/ arthritis/pots and he said I need to go to church and just because I have fibromyalgia doesn't mean I'm disabled and can't do things. He downplayed my EVERYTHING my every disability. Real medical conditions...nope they're fake ... read more
