ATI was amazing from the start. As soon as I made the claim on my homeowners' insurance, ATI called me to let me know they would be at my house within 2 hours and they were. I also got phone calls from the project manager who handled the clean-up and damage estimate and the crew as they were on their way to us. The cleanup crew was great! We could not be more pleased
A client of mine had a major structure fire that needed a complex board up. ATI did a great job.
Date of loss 7/29/22 and still dealing with Roth Construction. They couldn't finish the job. It's been over a year and roof Jack's still on roof. Difficult to get a hold of and dismissive. Entire process a nightmare. Work that was done is subpar quality due to no control as they sub everything out with minimal involvement. I pray this will get resolved before Thanksgiving of 2023
