Carole is kind and very approachable, make you feel comfortable opening up to her. She helps put things into perspective and gives you insights and suggestions that you can practice. She is also mindful of spirituality and even though we have different beliefs, we can still have inspirational discussions. I would definitely recommend her for both personal and couple coaching. Carole is compassionate, open minded, and thorough. She is also practical, goal oriented, and flexible. For family coaching, I give her two thumbs way up!
