They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. The office was easy enough to find.
