Just recently was put on oxygen and so far so good! The gentleman who delivers my oxygen tanks is amazing! Great customer service! My only gripe is when I call them to get my tanks switched out they just tell me "we will get that scheduled for you!" And they do but I never get a day or time from them. I live like 5 mins from their office so the driver said he will always drop my off first since I'm close so I at least know around what time he would show. Just wish they were able to tell me a day! I would give this company zero stars if I could. We have been trying to order a new machine for over 3 months. I either get routed to a call center or I get their answering service. On the very rare occasion that I do speak to a human I have been given such a run around, demanding superfluous tests or saying they never received the order after referencing the order they "never received." They even had the gall to try to tell me we owed a past due bill even though we have NEVER received the machine or supplies. Avoid this com... read more

I strongly -- STRONGLY suggest finding a different company if you're looking for cpap supplies. Here's just a small list of my headaches from Rotech in the last year: First, they lied to me and said I would be outright purchasing the cpap the day of. Turns out, they made it a rent to own instead. Charged me 74.66/mo for 10mo, didn't say a thing about it. I called in January of 2025 asking what even was this? I was pretty desperate to get a new mask or two for the CPAP equipment they rent to me but was told at their office that they don’t carry that equipment. What? Same place I’ve picked up equipment before. They also couldn’t handle my billing question. Not sure what they actually do at the office if they don’t have the equipment or handle your bill. Maybe nothing?
