Lee came over in the evening to trade out my equipment that wasn't working. He arrived when he said he would, was very friendly, and did a great job.
Lee was very professional and patient in teaching us how to use the equipment. He was able to troubleshoot very quickly

This company has screwed up too many times now. My roommate on oxygen was given a portable oxygen mqchine and a gas canister in case electricity goes out.As soon as the technitian left she tried to turn on portable -DEAD BATTERY He then returned with another unit thst worked for a week or so then yesterday while we were moving it quit again with a battery charge of 70% --it wouldnt turn back on. I had to rush her home and she was going to use the oxygen canister so we could finish moving and cleaning and guess what--IT HAD N... read more
