I had an appointment for Saturday to be fitted for a mask for C-pap ,I was told they would send me a reminder on Friday for my appointment, I never received the call. So on Saturday when I called for the address after hour gave me the address but said it’s closed on the weekends, I complained about having an appointment. The lady in after emailed someone the company about my complaint then even read it back to me . I received my first CPAP machine. I don't believe it's working properly. I tried to contact Rotech for support. The first time I called, nobody answered the phone. I left a message to call me back. The next day I called several times. Still nobody answered the phone. I left a second message. The third day I contacted my doctor's office. It's been a week now and neither of us can get a response from Rotech. How do these people stay in business? I will be filing a complaint with Medicare. Hopefully they'll lose their Medicare ... read more
