I ordered new mask on 12/31/24 I still have not received it
I’ve read several very bad reviews. I’m in no way affiliated with the company other than being a customer. I suffer from cluster headaches and if you’re familiar, pure oxygen is the only immediate treatment. I’ve been getting my oxygen here since it was first prescribed. When I came in the first time, they took all the time I needed to explain how to work everything and without prompting even provided me extra cannulas so I could keep a clean one at all times. The level of professionalism exhibited by this company is severely lacking, with employees displaying EXTREME RUDENESS. There is a blatant disregard for ensuring the proper functioning of the machine and mask. The indifference towards customer well-being is ALARMING, as evident in the attitude of prioritizing monetary transactions over safety.
