I was here visiting family in Jackson Ky. I was using the Rotech office in Tennessee. I had a problem with my last oxygen tank. I contacted Rotech in Hazard Ky. They changed all 7 tanks out that I had brought from home. They also brought me gaskets and a couple of cannulas. They where very helpful and understanding. I have since moved to Jackson Ky. I have been using this Rotech in Hazard since September 2024. They have never failed to show up. They have always gotten my supplies here in a timely manner.
I have been waiting on a portable oxygen machine for 3 days now. They keep telling me they will be here in a couple of hours. It's on the third day and still not here. They did come and I was here waiting. I didn't see him though. He left a piece of paper saying he came by. I can hear knocks but I didn't hear him. I also have dogs that bark. No barks. Most definitely the worst service of any company I have ever dealt with. In review, they finally brought my breathing machine and everything is alright now.
This company good not be no worse I would hate if something really bad one happened to my mother becouse I have called for 1week to get my mother portable oxygen tanks brought out to her they where supposed to bring them Friday still not tanks I will be calling the main place
