Stuck on Hold for over an hour waiting for an answer to a simple Yes/No question. Eventually had to just hang up with an assumption that no one would be picking up.
Jennifer was so helpful at the Elmhurst Rotech. I had been calling Rotech for help and got tired of trying so when I visited my daughter in Illinois I found one in Elmhurst IL Jennifer was a very cheerful and helpful lady… Thank you Jennifer for all your great help with my machine. I’m sure tonight I will get the best night sleep!!
Jennifer is a very cheerful and helpful lady to help me with my Rotech machine. I haven’t been able to use mine properly since I got it. I brought my machine up to Illinois when I was staying with my daughter and found this Rotech dealer in Elmhurst. I am so thankful for all the help Jenniferr was to me and able to get my machine to properly fit in work. High 10 to you, Jenniferr.
Customer service is non-existent in this office. I have called three times over three days. Humans do not answer the phone. You are guided to leave a message, which claims someone will get back to you. It has not yet happened. I have had this experience in the past. I honestly do not know how this office stays in business.
Update as of 6/3: Although their automated google responder asked me to reach out to handle this situation. Nobody has yet to return my call….its been a month. I’ve since switched providers. Worst billing department and payment processing of any DME company. Their 3rd party provider has a 3rd party provider. Good luck speaking to anyone actually from Rotech. After speaking with my insurance, Rotech billed them incorrectly and needed to resubmit the claim. Instead they stuck me with the bill. The woman shared they would not r... read more
