Customer service is non-existent in this office. I have called three times over three days. Humans do not answer the phone. You are guided to leave a message, which claims someone will get back to you. It has not yet happened. I have had this experience in the past. I honestly do not know how this office stays in business.
Update as of 6/3: Although their automated google responder asked me to reach out to handle this situation. Nobody has yet to return my call….its been a month. I’ve since switched providers. Worst billing department and payment processing of any DME company. Their 3rd party provider has a 3rd party provider. Good luck speaking to anyone actually from Rotech. I met Jennifer and Brian while visiting family. We needed supplies for a family member (patient of Rotech). Brian and Jennifer were welcoming and promptly addressed our needs. After speaking with my insurance, Rotech billed them incorrectly and needed to resubmit the claim. Instead they stuck me with the bill. The woman shared they would not resubmit the claim and it would be my responsibility. Stay away!
Customer service in this office is absolutely terrible. The manager does not return calls. Even the area manager does not return calls. The technician, John, is the one area that is customer-service friendly. I would give them negative score if I could. The people answering the phone are rude and not helpful. I was dealing with an issue for over two months before a Sleep Central customer service rep finally helped me. Would NOT recommend this office.
