Been trying to get a return for a oxygen concentrator for about 3 weeks keeping get told they will call back with pick up.

RESPIRATORY TECHNICIAN ALEIDA VASQUEZ WAS QUICK TO RESPOND TO MY QUESTIONS OF HOW TO USE THE MACHINE. THE EQUIPMENT PERFORMS PERFECTLY AND SIGNIFICANTLY IMPROVED MY DAILY RESPIRATORY COMFORT. THANK YOU FOR SENDING ME A RELIABLE AND INNOVATIVE PRODUCT.
Stuck on Hold for over an hour waiting for an answer to a simple Yes/No question. Eventually had to just hang up with an assumption that no one would be picking up.

I had been calling Rotech for help and got tired of trying so when I visited my daughter in Illinois I found one in Elmhurst IL Jennifer was a very cheerful and helpful lady… Thank you Jennifer for all your great help with my machine. Jennifer is a very cheerful and helpful lady to help me with my Rotech machine. I haven’t been able to use mine properly since I got it. I brought my machine up to Illinois when I was staying with my daughter and found this Rotech dealer in Elmhurst.
