Unsure how to give a negative star review but if you get medical supplies through Rotech, immediately move to another company. Ran me around for 6 months constantly hanging up and not returning calls only to charge outrageous late fees and claim they didn't work with VA insurance after the fact. DIRTY DESPICABLE COMPANY
Took a month to find out they would not fill my prescription for an air concentrator. Never told me I called them and they knew for a month. Then the girl raised her voice because they suck.
Echoing other reviews. Forced to use them because Georgetown Medstar wouldn't allow me to go anywhere else, and Rotech absolutely fumbled it and wouldn't take accountability. Lincare is totally the answer.
Absolutely horrible customer service. They didn’t notify me that they lost my insurance information so I was 3 months behind on a c-pap supplies delivery. After I found that out through my own inquiry, they email me that it has been shipped, but 4 weeks went by with no supplies. I contact them again, and that’s when they notify me that I need a new prescription from a sleep specialist. They didn’t bother contact me to tell me any of this, I only know because I asked!
