This company is the worst, they will bill you for things without notifying you.
I have a brand new Scooter. I only had it for 6 months. The battery started not to charge the way it should. They came out and pick it up. One week later still not fixed. Every time I call to check to see if it fix they always have a some sort of reason they its not ready. It a shame this company don't put the customers first. Terrible customer support. For the past two years it is sending me the wrong product and billing my insurance. They don't care, they ate a scam. Find a different supplier of toy can.
