This rating only is for the terrible management of this particular location . The gentleman who brings my oxygen is absolutely wonderful. The respiratory specialist Miss Elaine is wonderful. Anything that is required of management, will be delayed . Don't expect good service from this gentleman. My Dr. Orders had to be ordered twice, and still I don't have my supplies. Customer service needs attention
Casey, Hailey and Linda were exceptionally rude and disrespectful to me. I went to this location 3 days in one week for my prescription to be added to the loaner C-pap machine. The he device Linda loaned me in October was filthy and was full of cigarette smoke. She didn't tell me anything about adjusting the settings on the device to accommodate my supplies. First day: I spoke to Casey first on Monday who told me to go to the Sleep Clinic for my prescription. I told her it was sent to her office last week...THEN she found it... read more
