Run as far as you can from this company! I’ve been going round and round with them since April about owing for equipment I never had. Got that straightened out (I think) and was told the account was closed. Now I’m receiving bills for some monthly thing that I have never received! This place is a scam and should be investigated.
Office closed when listed as open to get durable medical supplies. Customer Service operator hung up when I asked questions about durable medical supplies...no answer when I called back FOUR times.
Bernard Jarvis is the reason for the five stars is polite, patient and kind definitely needs a raise.
Horrible customer service and they can’t get billing correct. So the insurance company doesn’t have all the information to pay and you get stuck with the bill.
