Service is very poor always have trouble getting the supplies my husband needs for his Trach would not recommend this company
A very frustrating company to work with. Their website feels like it's from the 90s. Billing is confusing, the hours are to contact corporate are pretty limited for a company that specializes in selling equipment people use at night. I wish I had looked at a review before picking them as my provider.
Poor customer service and hard to reach Charles Topp
Absolutly very dishonest company, they tried to bill my mother for equiptment we dropped off and they rerented the equiptment to another customer. They still charged us, copy all your paperwork have an associate sign / date that you returned it. Have the paperwork noterized. They are crooks they prey on the elderly and mentally ill. Also they keep moving office locations so customers arent the wiser. Report them to the BBB .
The best manger and CRS they were so helpful and careing and they have the BEST customer service also the management is great👍😊
