I am writing to express my absolute outrage and disappointment with the equipment and customer service provided by BlueDot National Respiratory, a Rotech Healthcare, Inc. company. This experience has been one of the most frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable encounters I have ever had with a healthcare provider. Terrible company on all sides.
Service is very poor always have trouble getting the supplies my husband needs for his Trach would not recommend this company
A very frustrating company to work with. Their website feels like it's from the 90s. Billing is confusing, the hours are to contact corporate are pretty limited for a company that specializes in selling equipment people use at night. I wish I had looked at a review before picking them as my provider.
