I am extremely disappointed with my experience trying to get my prescribed APAP machine through the Rotech location in Orlando. My sleep specialist sent my prescription over in mid-May, and I was specifically told to call and speak with someone named Thalia regarding the order. If I could leave no stars I would. Service is horrible. Have had multiple pickups scheduled. No pick up, no call. Even corporate won't answer their phone. Supposedly they strive to get it right the first time. Absolutely not!!!

My mom's doctor put in an order for a mattress a month ago and it's been like pulling teeth to get it. First it's impossible to get a live person on phone. We were promised it was going to be delivered over a week ago. After calling the insurance company they finally put it on truck however they delivered to her old address and I did verify address. Now we got to go get it.
