I would give this company 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service, random charges that aren't clear what you're being charged for, and good luck if you're a new patient. If you manage to get anyone to answer the phone, they're either rude, give false information to get you off the phone, or have no idea what to do. Their customer service has no problem with hanging up the phone on you while you're still talking without helping in any way. Unprofessional and rude!

Horrible company. You call them to tell them you are discontinuing service and returning equipment and they immediately charge you and send new supplies to squeeze the last they can out of you. I did not consent for the supplies and my discontinuation call should prompt them to stop services. Then they barricade you with offshore resources and disallow you to get reimbursed unless you to drive your supplies to a location 40 min away to return them. getting ahold of you is terrible, You lease a building from me and want me to go paperless with you. I have tried for several days and all I get is nowhere. you need to improve your customer care. I have left messages to no avail

I am extremely disappointed with my experience trying to get my prescribed APAP machine through the Rotech location in Orlando. My sleep specialist sent my prescription over in mid-May, and I was specifically told to call and speak with someone named Thalia regarding the order. Since then, I have left three voicemails and have received zero response. No call back, no update, no confirmation that my prescription was received, no explanation of whether insurance authorization is pending, and no information at all about when I ... read more

If I could leave no stars I would. Service is horrible. Have had multiple pickups scheduled. No pick up, no call. Even corporate won't answer their phone. Supposedly they strive to get it right the first time. Absolutely not!!!
