Incompetent ordering and billing system and support. Receive emails when items should be replaced. Using their tracking system I have ordered supplies when due and sometimes receive the items or another email stating it's time to order supplies. Their system loses track of what was ordered so if you don't receive items and order them again, you get a nice bill from your insurance company. This place is a scam. They never answer and dont send the items. They charge the insurance but the product is never delivered. I reported them to the insurance for fraud and also to the BBB. You guys deserve to be shut down, scamming people and insurance companies!!
I was informed that NO REFUNDS are given for an APAP/CPAP machine if you purchase it. I contacted them after being referred by my cardiologist. So make sure not to purchase any Rotech Healthcare products. Only then can you get a refund on any deficient or inadequate products.
This is the worst diabetes supplier my doctor's order 3 months supplies they sent 1 month and take 2 weeks before shipping it out then I call up in July they sent 1 month when I called them they said im seeing the order for 3 months so come August no supply came i call up in August they they sent 1 month telling me im on an automated text so they will send me a text nothing call today the 14 of August the first representative i spoke to said the system down call back tomorrow so I call right back the other representative tel... read more
