The most incompetent people I’ve ever dealt with …. 7 months waiting for a portable oxygen machine and today after 15 or so calls they said it was in….. put me on hold then the phone disconnected and now they wont answer ….STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY. THE GENTLEMAN( TIMMY )WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EFFICIENT IN HIS WORK (SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT )WILL USE AGAIN
Lots of robo calls can't ask a question. Phone to office always busy so we can't call. Have to drive half an hour away to ask a question. Would never recommend this company to elderly, disabled ,or handicap people. Not saying the people at the office are bad just the company as a whole.
