Visiting San Diego from Montana for a grandson's graduation, my significant others oxygen concentrator stopped working about 8:30 pm, on the 3rd of June. After making several calls to Rotech to resolve issue we was contacted by Deseray Landaverde. She informed us that she would be able to bring us a concentrator the next morning since it was so late in the evening. Was met at the door by Mrs. Desarie and Mr. Armando. While in the store, Armando offered us drinks and snacks and began the process to exchange our equipment. Mrs. Desarie and Armando were very hospitable and knowledgeable of their products. I thank you both for your kindness and generosity.towards my mother and I. Mahalo 🫶
Desarie Landaverde is always so pleasant to speak to on the phone when I call and with any of my problems and concerns.
This review comes with mixed ratings for Rotech~ Zero Stars for the Las Vegas office and the Utah office that have done nothing but jerk us around and put my daughter at risk, go figure the very people that are supposed to be involved to ensure my daughter's health isn't compromised. And then a five star plus for Desarie Landaverde out of a Southern California office that ended up on a fluke phone call concerning my daughter and Rotech. We wanted to thank Kevin, a Rotech employee who works directly with patients. Kevin has provided thoughtful and proactive care for my 91 year old father, who is on oxygen. Kevin knows the right products to bring for my father and has proactively recommended products (ie a more efficient regulator that extends time, means less to carry and saves the company money. We so appreciate his thinking, care and communication!
