This review comes with mixed ratings for Rotech~ Zero Stars for the Las Vegas office and the Utah office that have done nothing but jerk us around and put my daughter at risk, go figure the very people that are supposed to be involved to ensure my daughter's health isn't compromised. And then a five star plus for Desarie Landaverde out of a Southern California office that ended up on a fluke phone call concerning my daughter and Rotech. We wanted to thank Kevin, a Rotech employee who works directly with patients. Kevin has provided thoughtful and proactive care for my 91 year old father, who is on oxygen. Kevin knows the right products to bring for my father and has proactively recommended products (ie a more efficient regulator that extends time, means less to carry and saves the company money. We so appreciate his thinking, care and communication!
Be aware of services offered, follow up and personnel I brought a doctor’s office referral to this company. Marissa jumped in to assist with the order, stating they needed to contact MD office, with results soon. Followed up week’s end to discover the companies primary service involved respiratory equipment with some other items stocked in their warehouse, not what was needed according to order. We highly recommend Rotech if I could give it 10 stars I would. i called and left a message which the office Manager desarie called me right back in timely manner. i live out of state trying to help a family member from so far away can be difficult. desarie was very professional & aknowledgeable .She resolved our problem which took alot of stress off my family. Treable place to work, all the are drunk and drink on the job. Be careful havitgem in your home. Also , the worst company to work for.
