Excellent handling of my doctor’s order to the McClellan Rotech branch. Outstanding equipment, all of it was like new. Outstanding delivery process. Donna at the office and Jeff out in the field were both perfect professionals. Thank you both and to the others there that made this an easy process.
This is the sorryist company I've ever known .my dad ordered a bed from y'all and we called and called and they kept putting him on hold.they don't want to come and pick up their supplies..my dad is bed ridden and he wanted him to confirm it and my dad confirmed it twice and still won't come and get it ..then tried to turn around and charge my parents for the bed and he hasn't even had it 2 weeks .I would never suggest this company to anyone .they don't care about their patients you can tell by how they treat you ..I was so ... read more
They lied to me about ordering my mom a wheelchair. Then when she called out their they told to bring the wheelchair out their they will try to adjust it.Took the chair out their they couldn't adjust it. Then told her to keep it and they will order her another one. She had to get upset before they gave her another one. This place is a horrible place and the employees act like the supplies is theirs. All of this could have been avoided if they would have kept their word . I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.
These other reviews all seem a little overboard so just wanted to share our experience. My grandmother had to go on Oxygen this year and they have been extremely helpful. They were prompt in delivering supplies and explained everything thoroughly. They have answered the phone every time that I’ve called with questions. They did bumble an order that was sent, we had to have the doctor resend the order and I called right after that and they had it that time.
