After dealing with 2 unresponsive medical supply companies in the area. I reached out to United Healthcare, the United Healthcare rep recommended 3 other companies. Rotech was the 1st. From the moment Patty picked up the phone, I knew I was in good hands. ROTECH, Washington, PA - Could not be happier with their oxygen, equipment provided, and knowledge. Both Patty in the office and Matt in supplies and delivery have gone the extra mile in my transition to ROTECH. AAAAA+++++
Just plain rude, they did the test, I qualified for the oxygen concentrator. I asked questions, did not want to answer questions. I will not rent from them
