Being a new customer, I was unpleasantly surprised, after having my machine less than 3 mos, (only reason I went to this place was because my old supplier wasn't in network), well they called to make sure I was doing ok with my new machine , everyone know how these calls go, they went through everything so fast I don't remember them ever asking me what size nasal mask I was using. We were visiting Branson. My son uses an Astra vent at night. It started alarming after we went to bed. I was able to contact Rotech after hours. Springfield is closest. Alex contacted us. He went above and beyond checking if everything was okay. My son needed a new mask. The one he brought didn’t work out so he brought another next day. Can’t say enough good things of Alex’s help. From coming at 2am to when he was finished with his patients the next day.
This company always provides excellent service. Tech support personnel are great . There’s always someone answering the phones, they always replenish my supplies on time. They are on top of equipment repair or replacement as fast as the next day of being reported.
Everyone here are so friendly and helpful. The knowledge is also top rate! Kelly, Teresa and Nick are phenomenal!
