Today Danielle helped my mom get her nebulizer and also went the extra mile to hook up her mask that she needed. Thank you for being so helpful and the friendly smile.

All my dealings with Rotech have been superb! My contact here in Helena was Danielle and she was professional, polite and very helpful. Rotech also called several times to ensure everything was working properly. Very thorough, customer friendly experience!
Once you get your equipment, it's nearly impossible to get help from anyone. The phone number they provide doesn't help because the people answering seem to not know how to help or answer simple billing questions. And going in to the Rotech building in Helena is completely USELESS! They are less than helpful, roll their eyes and tell you they can't do anything but tell you to call the phone number. If you can get your CPAP equipment from anyone else - do it!
I use my nebulizer maybe every couple of years. I no longer had the tubing kit. Two other medical supply stores in Helena refused to sell me one without a prescription. Rotech not only agreed to sell me one but when I told them that my machine originally came from the previous business occupying their building, they gave me five of them for free.
