Once you get your equipment, it's nearly impossible to get help from anyone. The phone number they provide doesn't help because the people answering seem to not know how to help or answer simple billing questions. And going in to the Rotech building in Helena is completely USELESS! They are less than helpful, roll their eyes and tell you they can't do anything but tell you to call the phone number. If you can get your CPAP equipment from anyone else - do it!
I use my nebulizer maybe every couple of years. I no longer had the tubing kit. Two other medical supply stores in Helena refused to sell me one without a prescription. Rotech not only agreed to sell me one but when I told them that my machine originally came from the previous business occupying their building, they gave me five of them for free.
Tried for 3 weeks to get a 2 wheeled walker for my husband's knee replacement surgery. The first one came in as a standard. We told them it was wrong and they re ordered. Two days before surgery they tried to deliver a 4 wheel walker. The managers excuse is that's what the Dr. Ordered. Never mind it still wasn't tall enough. Very unprofessional. Now he doesn't have a walker for surgery.
