Rotech and Sleep Central work together so I wanted to share my experience with Sleep Central. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service, communication between departments, and follow through. I went to Rotech today to check into a rollator. I had a prescription and wanted to see what my insurance would cover. They took my information and I sat out in the waiting area while they ran my info. Several minutes later the woman who took my information comes out with a tablet and starts going over lots of information and wanting my signature in several places. It all started when I only wanted to order a hose for my nasal mask so they send me another nasal mask instead of just a hose so my doctor prescribes me with a full face mask the lady at rotech told me come down to bring the nasal mask and she would swap it for a face mask so I care the nasal Mass down the lady hands me a face mask full face mask I tried on it feels good then I get home it's a large and it leaks air so I'll call back down there and one of the ladies said that she would order me a smaller size full face mask ... read more
