I went to Rotech today to check into a rollator. I had a prescription and wanted to see what my insurance would cover. They took my information and I sat out in the waiting area while they ran my info. Several minutes later the woman who took my information comes out with a tablet and starts going over lots of information and wanting my signature in several places. This company is worst company y I have ever use was wouldn't let me order my supplies say I wasn't using machine so I took up there she scanned the SIM card and they saw I was using my machine but refused to let me order supplies the manager was very rude and I couldnt afffirdvsupplies the ladies at front desk ask manger what to do she look at her and went on in her office ever time I tried to order supplies thought my iny she had I wasn't using my machine and wouldn't take it off I need my supplies could have died they don'... read more
