The employees that helped me, Mia and Curtis were kind and helpful. I was very grateful to them.
Daniel was great he showed me how to use the machine. He’s very nice and friendly as well. He contacted me and asked me if I was going to be available at a certain time and showed up at that certain time he’s punctual and I’m giving him a five star Rating. Because he knows what he’s doing he’s very pleasant to talk to keep up the good work. Thank you for helping me and showing me what I’m supposed to do.
Renee, Sarra, Nicole, Mike, are the dream team. Each of them were helpful in getting the equipment I needed, from making the necessary phone calls to demonstrating the use of the equipment I needed. They all possesses a high degree of integrity and were very organized. Thank you for all your help.
Dan O. at Rotech went above and beyond to get me my equipment quickly after it broke and the supply center sent me the wrong piece. I am also happy with my machine, I feel it supports me while I sleep and it is not uncomfortable.
