This company has very poor communication with customers. My father in law recently passed away and we've been waiting for someone to pick up his oxygen equipment. I was informed they would be here days ago and no one showed or even reached out with an update. I've called about 6 times in the past few days and still no update. Working with Rotech has been incredibly disappointing. I was placed on oxygen support for a limited time. When I tried to schedule the equipment for return in February 2025, I was told that I needed a doctor's note to end the prescription. After obtaining that note, I called to schedule pick up again. At that time, I was informed that I could have signed a document in February that would have allowed for the equipment to be picked up then instead of waiting months to see my primary for the note. Not helpful very rude alot of runaround
Sitting in front of my house for a long time and blocking street in big pedo van and then reving the engine cuz you dont like that a camera is recording you not doing your job is a great way to drum up business. I'm wary of this company. As July 14 this tech has begun harrassing us. This is about 6 days since the first incident.
O had a great experience with Dan helping me with my CPap, explaining everything, answering all my questions and showing me how to clean everything. He made it easy to understand and made me feel more confident and comfortable about it, I am very happy
