Rotech repeatedly asked for compliance reports before shipping my replacement CPAP supplies, but told me they couldn't retrieve the data because I'd bought my machine elsewhere. I was passed between Rotech, Sleep Central, Lofta, and my sleep clinic to sort it out myself. Phone support was curt and dismissive. My insurance authorizations also listed CPAP machine and humidifier rental codes, even though Rotech never supplied that equipment. I still haven't received an explanation.
