Ashley has been so helpful in getting back to me the same day on the phone and promptly ordering and receiving CPAP supplies very quickly I needed them because I just had a pacemaker put in and couldn't have magnets on my mask anymore so she diligently and quickly found masks and helped me get that taken care of thank you
The Moline office has been totally unresponsive for over a month in regard to a request to transfer records to Genesis. Unacceptable customer service.
