I want to give the staff Eddie Valdez and Carlos Valdez a 5 star review if I had an option to go higher I sure would they are always willing to go above and beyond very respectful and come to your home in a timely matter I myself just started with their services and my husband has started as a patient in Dec 2024, I want to thank the management Melissa Ramirez for all her assistance to get everything done and for your support God bless you all .
Customer service is fantastic. Carlos got here quickly and did an amazing job. He diagnosed the problem and fixed me right up. Very nice guy and very patient. Five stars don't seem enough.
My doctor ordered a walker for me 3 weeks ago. First I was told they didn’t know how to put it together. But no follow up then I called again last week. The girl told me that they contracted out with someone else to deliver it. Then she told me she called me because the delivery guy was in my area but didn’t leave a message. I had no missed calls and I was by my phone waiting for this delivery. So she told me they would deliver it either Monday or Tuesday of this week and nothing. No phone call no walker. There was a bit of a mishap with my insurance company, but Melissa jumped to the challenge, and it was handled immediately. Brandon and Irma, also, were very professional in getting the machine set up.
Melissa and Brsndon have been extremely helpful and very kind. They both sure have made a difference in my mom's life with tjeir caring ways. They took the time to explain everything to us as well and guided us in the direction to help mom get her portable. Thank you both couldn't ask for 2 better people!!!
