The Corpus Christi Rotech staff went way out of their way to solve my mask problems. I have a high pressure bipap prescription and needed a special mask to handle the high pressure without unintended air leaks. The excessive unintended air leaks used up the humidity water reservoir causing me dry mouth where my cheeks and lips would stick to my teeth. I just want to share my experience at Rotech. Eddie was the one that helped me. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This kind of help is hard to find nowadays. He went above and beyond with all his help. He truly needs to train on how to treat customers. Excemperaly service that I received.
Awesome service from everyone I met at the Corpus Christi office. Starting with Carlos Des Leon, and the next day with Miss Wendy, the Location Manager Miss Ramirez, and Eddie the Tech. who helped me with a”loaner CPAP machine”, since they didn’t have the power supply chord for my particular and older model ResMed CPAP. Thank you so much everyone, and I am working with my Doctors office to get a prescription and latest sleep test report, to get a new CPAP machine.
Keep receiving bills and notices for equipment we refused. After surgery one doctor thought my husband needed it so they brought it to the hospital. It was never even unpacked, by time he was released a couple of days later he didn’t need it. Left it with the nurse, now they’re insisting we pay for it. Had a hard time getting through to someone to talk to. Finally did and hopefully it will be taken care of.
Great staff! Everyone is knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend.
