My father has been in the oxygen program for 2.5 years now and the last year has been an unpleasant experience due to having to worry about getting his oxygen supplies. They rarely answer the phone and don’t bring full tanks when he starts running low. Unfortunately he doesn’t have much choice in who he uses because of the hospital. I wouldn’t recommend using them for my family needs in the future.
I don't generally leave reviews, but this company warrants the ZERO star review. I was sent home from the hospital post lung surgery with a concentrator and an empty bottle. My surgeon's office had to request a new tank for me while at my follow up appt while hooked up to their oxygen in their office. It was delivered on almost empty at the end of my visit. Ricardo Koepke delivered my oxygen (regurgitator I call it 🤣)concentrator and supplies He's a pro and made it all so easy. He's got a terrific personality and knows what he's doing and how to explain things to his customers. He's very patient and had no problem repeating the directions. He didn't leave until he was sure I knew how to operate everything. I hope his company knows they have a real winner when it comes to Ricardo.
The lady that helped me was great! Very polite and made sure I was happy with the scooter.
