Just writing to say that my tech Kevin came to service my equipment today. He came in with a pleasant attitude and disposition. He put a water trapper on my machine and gave me more knowledgeable information about my device. Five stars for Kevin I really appreciate you thank you so much.
This is a VERY poorly run business......I hate to pile onto Rotech based on other reviews however I filled out the information necessary for a walker I needed for my knee replacement. Based on the website I requested the walker to be delivered to my house on 10-22-25....after my phone follow up Rotech advised they had not received the info from my doctor. They have billed me monthly even though I use none of their services. This is fraud.
If I could give this place ZERO stars I would we are all saying the same thing with these reviews.DONT USE THIS COMPANY. My machine has been showing as “picked up” when I still have it . I need new supplies and nobody can figure anything out on why my machine shows that status. People at the location in Marietta are lazy and clueless . You guys are gambling with people’s health .No call backs no follow ups just a bunch of fluff
