My delivery guy, Harry, from Orlando, went above and beyond when delivering my newly needed oxygen tank and supplies. He was a gracious and a refreshing presence in my home whilst setting up my equipment and explaining how to work/use it. I’m grateful that it was Harry that was sent to my home. The only negative thing, so far (it’s only been 3 days since delivery) is that there was no written instructions/pamphlet that came with the equipment. Having a guide, in hand, would be very helpful.
What can I say ? Mommy says if I can't say anything nice don't say anything at all. Enough said.
Horrible Horrible company. Noone even answers the phone. They have had orders to get me equipment for over a month and have yet to reach out. This has to be the worst compan ever from Corporate down.
