What did they move from Chillicothe Ohio it's a good thing I didn't go there
I have never had so many issues with it with a company.In my life. I turned in my chip. For my compliance report and there was nothing on it. Even though I was using my machine every night, nobody told me this and therefore my insurance stopped paying and I and I told rotech there was a problem with this and I was told multiple times they would have somebody reach out to me. I have tried to call the Chillicothe office a dozen times over several days because I need to schedule a compliance check. I have called both morning and afternoon. The number rings several times and then disconnects. There is no voicemail to even leave a message. I am so frustrated that I am calling my doctor and suggesting they make a change in their provider. Extremely unprofessional service!
