This office and one particular employee consistently LIED, and misinformed and dropped the ball why Katie Ann is still working there is a mystery, the Manager seems to have no idea what’s going on or not being done by the employees. Don’t waste your time with this Tyler office they are incompetent, we are dropping them and trying Lincare.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! we ended up getting supplies from Rotech (not our choice, but UT's choice because we got hospitalized in UT due to Christus being on divert status). we only got to use the equipment for 3 days because we had to go back to the hospital. to Christus this time, our preferred hospital and they work with our bipap supplier Lincare. when we got home again, we kept calling ROTECH to come pick up their equipment--SEVERAL TIMES but to no avail!!! had to wait til i was off from work to return their equipment be... read more
I’m not sure what the other reviews are talking about. The staff here do their very best to get me and my husband everything we need on time. Everyone in the office is so nice and goes above and beyond for many patients from what i’ve seen for the few minutes i’ve waited my turn in the office.
can't even make proper recommendation on what to use with THEIR concentrator in an outage, especially which generators/power stations
