Both Candice and Crystal have been very helpful every time I have have been to the office in Morristown. They are both very knowledgeable and customer oriented. I highly recommend Rotech Morristown to anyone that needs CPAP therapy.
Want to give praise to Jimmy, he went above and beyond to explain everything to me with my equipment, and walked me through everything I needed to do in order to make sure everything was right for me He took time to talk with me and explain things to me, and actually showed me he cared, very super nice, kind caring guy So thank you so much again Jimmy! What an amazing service. Our tech Jimmy was great. I had just go home from the hospital. Was provided one bottle of oxygen. The hospital gave the info for us to call this company and they would set me up. Gosh within an hr. Jimmy was at our house. Had everything I needed and provided all the information I needed. This was all new and very scary for me. Jimmy helped alot. Thank you. You are appreciated deeply.

Candice is the best person to associate with at rotech.. Shout out for her great customer service. Awesome job ! well of course everything has changed one again..AS OF 11/26/2025. I would NEVER recommend ROTECH reguardless of what state or where you live. insurance claims they have paid 10 months of rental at which time the machine becomes mine. Rotech claims insurance has not paid.. and now has it under repo for the second time. i have been on the phone on 3 way 3 different times with rotech and insurance company. today was... read more
