This is a review of Rotech Morristown and not Rotech as a company. The staff at Rotech in Morristown are fantastic. Jimmy has taken care of me for years, he helped my wife get the oxygen adapter I needed for my machine when I ended up in the hospital for months and he has helped me work through many billing questions, physician correspondence, and general inquiries. Candace is one of, if not the best, respiratory tech I have ever worked with. She helped me find the right mask and worked with me to help understand what I need... read more
Candace was extremely friendly and more than willing to answer all the questions I had about my CPAP machine and I had several of them. She explained everything very thoroughly and I left confident in the fact I'll be able to use my machine properly thanks to her.
