Cruz did a great job familiarizing me with my updated APAP, as well as all staff were attentive and friendly.
At the uvalde Rotech office: Mr Cruz Santos went out of his way explain how to use the cpap machine an mask. If I had questions or concerns he would answer them quickly. Both Mr Santos and the lady up front were friendly. She explained the cost and insurance. Overall I was happy with their services
