Cruz was great, very nice, knowledgeable and profesional. He took his time to explain mom how to use her new CPAP machine and the supplies ordering proces. and answered all of our questions. Thank you Cruz. Also, the front desk stafg was very nice with great customer service.
Rotech employees are great at returning calls! We had a small problem over the holiday weekend and they were quick to bring us out equipment we needed. Always friendly!
